I earned a Master of Science in Biochemistry from West Virginia University and, in the process,
found that writing and editing my thesis were my favorite parts of the whole project. My current
specialization is copyediting scientific manuscripts, grant proposals, and theses, but I also do
excellent work with promotional material for all types of organizations. I am skilled in PerfectIt and MS Word including Track Changes and macros.

When not reading or writing, I enjoy traveling.

I am a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association (EFA) and the American Copy Editors Society (ACES).
